SimpleAI is an AI consultancy based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We offer AI setup services, workshops, and implementation support for businesses. These terms apply to use of this website and any services you engage us for.

This website

This site is informational. There are no user accounts, no user-generated content, and no purchases made directly on this site. Pricing shown is indicative. Final pricing is agreed per engagement before any work begins.

Services

The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope requires written agreement from both parties before it proceeds.

SimpleAI provides services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

Templates, training materials, and frameworks created by SimpleAI remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials for their own internal purposes. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Custom work created specifically for a client is owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
