Our approach

Hands-on workshop focused on the finance workflows the team actually cares about: tables, spreadsheets, Google Sheets, report drafting, data analysis on financial datasets, narrative generation from structured data. Rather than building a custom software agent for them, taught the team to build their own custom GPTs tuned to the tasks they do every week. Walked through the workflow of building a custom GPT, built a few together in the room, and showed them how to reason about when a custom GPT was the right tool. Ownership stayed with the team.
