Problem

Most accountants do not post on LinkedIn. The ones who do post inconsistently. The ideas are not missing. Partners have strong, specific, client-tested opinions. The writing, formatting, and publishing work sits on top of a full-time job, and content is the first thing cut whenever the week gets busy. The firm wanted practical AI training grounded in their actual daily work, plus a structural fix for the LinkedIn problem so the firm could post consistently without partners carving out hours each week.

Generic AI awareness sessions do not drive adoption. Role-specific, task-specific training does. Sprad measured this cleanly: a 600-person German manufacturer moved from 9% to 58% weekly usage after a 6-week role-based program. Our approach

Two-part deliverable. Training session (2h) built around the workflows an accounting firm uses every week, interactive, with a chatbot the team could talk to during the session to try ideas in real time. Goal: first-hand experience of delegating a specific task to AI, evaluating the output, and iterating. Custom LinkedIn content marketing agent: generates a content calendar, drafts posts in the partners' voice, schedules against the optimal posting rhythm, publishes directly to LinkedIn after human review.
