Discovery first, training second. Founders left with hands-on use of ChatGPT and Gemini on their own projects.
Two entrepreneurial hubs attached to a Dutch university that support student and early-stage founders through the idea-to-launch phase.
Problem
The hubs wanted an AI training session for their founders, grounded in the actual work the founders were doing. That is a discovery problem first, a training problem second. You cannot teach the right tools without knowing what the tools are for.
How the industry typically approaches this
Role-specific AI enablement outperforms generic AI awareness at every scale of organisation. For founders specifically, the highest-leverage tools cluster around content production, visual asset generation, and early product building.
Our approach
Discovery session first. Sat with the team to understand what the hubs did, what their founders needed, and where the highest-leverage AI enablement sat. The answer was a combination of text generation and image generation with practical fluency in both. Session introduced ChatGPT and Google Gemini as the two main tools, showed where each was stronger, and walked founders through hands-on exercises using their own projects as raw material. Founders left with working drafts they made themselves in the room.
Outcome
Qualitative- •Founders left able to use ChatGPT and Gemini together on their own projects
- •Session tailored to the actual mix of needs in the cohort
- •Hubs got a reusable format for future cohorts
